  2. Proposing Design Solution(s). We take your requirements and look at possible ways of meeting them.
    • This may include platforms, products, off-the-shelf applications . We might also suggest possible processes as part of the solution(s) - again clear thinking about the process might suggest cost-effective solutions.
    • The product is a report defining the possible solutions and recommendations. We discuss this with you. You decide on your preference.
    • If you wish it can be left at this point.
  3. Implementing the Design. We take your preferred design solution and implement it.
    • This may include software purchase, software development, purchase of platforms e.g. handheld devices - we will have agreed on this beforehand, if required.
    • The product is the installed 'product'(!) plus any user documentation agreed and help files.
    • You're more than welcome to leave it at this point!
  4. Supporting the Design. We take pride in our products. Part of this is a responsibility for the after-care once the product is in use. We can sort out any errors with respect to the agreed specification - no worries there!
    • It may include a re-visit to see how you and the product are getting on. You might have further ideas or new requirements. You might want support for a defined period - we might make recommendations but it's your call.
